Shipping & returns

Shipping

• Where: we ship within the United States.
• Cost: shipping is free on every order.
• When: orders ship within 5–7 business days of purchase. Every shirt is packed by hand.
• Confirmation: you get an order confirmation by email right after you pay. If anything on it looks wrong, reply to that email.

Returns

All sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or defective, reach out within 7 days and we'll make it right. The fastest way is to reply to your order email or send us a message.

Sizing

Each shirt has a size chart on its page in the shop. Check it before you order, since all sales are final.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to do what you asked, and we don't sell your information to anyone.

What we collect and why

• Orders: your name, email, shipping address and what you bought, so we can send your order and your confirmation.
• Gifts: your name, email and the amount, so we can process the gift and send a receipt.
• Payments: card and wallet payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers.
• Messages: your message, your email and your name if you give it, so a real person can reply.
• Learn updates: your email, if you ask to hear when the Learn course opens. We use it for that and nothing else.
• Visits: anonymous statistics, such as which page was viewed, where the visit came from (for example Instagram) and how far someone got in Start Here. These use a random ID saved in your browser and aren't linked to your name or email. We don't use advertising cookies.
• Your cart: saved in your own browser so it's still there when you come back. It isn't sent to us until you check out.

Who helps us run the site

We share information only with the services that make the site work, and only what each one needs: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Resend (order and receipt emails), Framer (website hosting, which also records basic anonymous page statistics), and the shipping carrier and label service that deliver your order.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we have about you at any time. Send us a message and we'll take care of it. Some order records have to be kept for tax and accounting.

Younger visitors

Lovepours is for a general audience. If you're under 13, please ask a parent or guardian before sending us any personal information.

Terms

Using this site

Everything here is free to read and share. Please don't misuse the site, try to break it, or pass off our designs or writing as your own.

Orders

• Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
• Your order is confirmed once payment goes through and you receive the confirmation email.
• If we can't fulfill an order, we'll refund it in full.

Gifts

Gifts support the work of Lovepours. A monthly gift repeats each month until you cancel it. To change or cancel, reply to your receipt email or send us a message.
